Position Summary

The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of domestic and import vehicles. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and committed to performing repairs correctly the first time while maintaining a positive attitude and professional appearance.

Responsibilities
  •  Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, and repairs accurately and efficiently
  •  Conduct maintenance services including oil changes, tire services, brake repairs, alignments, and fluid exchanges
  •  Diagnose drivability, electrical, suspension, steering, and engine performance concerns
  •  Utilize digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) to document findings and recommendations
  •  Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding vehicle conditions and repair needs
  •  Follow manufacturer specifications and shop procedures
  •  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  •  Test-drive vehicles as needed to verify repairs
  •  Keep current with industry technology and training
  •  Assist fellow team members when needed to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience preferred
  • ASE Certifications preferred but not required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to perform repairs on domestic and import vehicles
  • Experience using scan tools and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
